Participants use the TREVLER App to coordinate cleaning, charging, parking, vehicle checks, and other readiness needs in one place.
What is the TREVLER App?
The TREVLER App is the technology used to access and manage the TREVLER ecosystem.
Depending on their role, participants can use the app to manage vehicles, find work, coordinate parking or services, document activity, track status, and manage payments.
Is TREVLER ready now?
The TREVLER App is live in beta. Market activity depends on Tesla or another network enabling eligible private vehicles, plus local demand and requirements. Timing is not guaranteed.
Why does TREVLER talk so much about Tesla?
Tesla currently represents TREVLER’s starting point for privately owned commercial robotaxis.
TREVLER is independent of Tesla and is designed to expand to other autonomous platforms when they support privately owned or commercial vehicles and provide the necessary integration capabilities.
Is TREVLER only for Cybercab?
No. TREVLER is designed to support eligible privately owned robotaxis, including Cybercab and other vehicles that may be approved for commercial autonomous service.
Tesla or the applicable robotaxi platform—not TREVLER—will determine which vehicles are eligible. Availability will also depend on local laws, insurance, and market access.
Is TREVLER affiliated with Tesla?
No. TREVLER is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla.
Can a third-party app create its own Tesla Robotaxi network?
No. TREVLER does not replace Tesla’s Robotaxi network and can only operate within Tesla’s available interfaces and applicable terms.
Will TREVLER support robotaxis from other companies?
Yes. TREVLER is designed for the broader robotaxi market.
As other autonomous platforms support privately owned or commercial vehicles and provide the necessary integration capabilities, TREVLER can evaluate and add support for them.
Will TREVLER operate outside the United States?
Yes—that is the plan. As viable robotaxi markets open internationally, TREVLER intends to evaluate those markets and expand where the opportunity makes sense.
What does “KEEP ’EM MOVING.” mean?
Robotaxis only earn when moving.
TREVLER helps Owners coordinate the independent people, parking, and services involved in vehicle-readiness work.
Does TREVLER operate robotaxis?
No. TREVLER does not own, dispatch, drive, or control participating robotaxis.
TREVLER provides marketplace and software tools. Vehicle Owners and their selected robotaxi network or operator control vehicle operations, network participation, and driving activity.
TREVLER remains responsible for the TREVLER platform and for obligations that applicable law does not permit it to disclaim.
Does TREVLER guarantee earnings or revenue?
No. TREVLER does not guarantee jobs, reservations, utilization, earnings, revenue, savings, or profitability.
Availability and amounts depend on participating people, properties, services, timing, location, market conditions, and decisions made by Owners and other participants. Any displayed amount is identified as a specific offer or an illustrative example.
How does TREVLER facilitate payment?
TREVLER uses a disclosed payment provider. Applicable terms explain payment timing and any fees or adjustments. Owners see the total service price before confirming work; Trevlers see total pay before accepting.
Has TREVLER released public pricing?
TREVLER uses fixed per-vehicle software pricing with volume discounts—not a percentage of robotaxi revenue. Exact pricing is provided during Owner registration.
Other prices may vary by market and the applicable agreement. Participants see the applicable price or offered pay before confirming work.

What is a Trevler?
A Trevler is an independent worker who can get paid to help keep robotaxis clean, charged, checked, and ready to go.
What kind of work does a Trevler perform?
A Trevler may clean, charge, check, document, restock, or prepare a robotaxi for its next period of service.
Some jobs may require additional qualifications, equipment, or experience.
What is a charging handoff?
TREVLER coordinates charging coverage so Trevlers can avoid unnecessary waiting while each vehicle remains accounted for. Owners or operators remain responsible for vehicle decisions. Work availability is not guaranteed.
Do Trevlers transport passengers?
No. Trevlers perform vehicle-support work, not passenger transportation.
How do Trevlers get work?
Available work appears in the TREVLER App with the vehicle, location, requested service, timing, and total pay before acceptance. Assignments and earnings are not guaranteed.
I drive for Uber or deliver with DoorDash. Could TREVLER be a fit?
Possibly. Familiarity with app-based gig work may help, though Trevlers support robotaxis rather than carrying passengers or delivering food. You see the requested work and total pay before deciding. TREVLER is not affiliated with Uber or DoorDash.
Can mobile detailers join TREVLER?
Yes. Mobile detailers can register for future robotaxi cleaning opportunities.
Detailers with the appropriate skills, equipment, and qualifications may become eligible for specialized or higher-paying cleaning jobs through the TREVLER App.
Is Trevler work available now?
Not yet. You can register interest now. Work depends on eligible privately owned robotaxis and Owner demand in your area; registration does not guarantee assignments, earnings, or timing.

How will TREVLER charge robotaxi Owners?
TREVLER uses fixed monthly software pricing based on active fleet size—not a percentage of robotaxi revenue. Exact pricing is provided during Owner registration. Jobs, parking, and optional services are separate, with prices shown before confirmation.

Are the Owner calculator projections guaranteed?
No. The calculator provides good-faith estimates, not forecasts. Its default Tesla network-share assumption is 25% and can be changed. Tesla has not published final private-owner terms; actual demand, fees, costs, eligibility, and results may differ.
Can a hub or fleet manager use TREVLER to manage vehicles it does not legally own?
Yes—when it has authority from the vehicle owner. The TREVLER Account Owner is the person or company that controls and pays for the TREVLER account. An Account Owner may manage cabs it owns or cabs it is authorized to manage for others.
TREVLER is designed to record the actual legal vehicle owner and other required responsible parties separately for each cab. Controlling a TREVLER account does not establish legal title to a vehicle. The Account Owner remains responsible for having management authority and providing accurate information.
How can TREVLER support emergency-response planning?
TREVLER can help Owners organize vehicle-specific emergency-response information. Owners remain responsible for accuracy, legal authority, filings, notices, and compliance; requirements vary by location.
Can I own a robotaxi fleet today?
Not broadly yet. Private and commercial participation depends on Tesla or another robotaxi platform enabling eligible vehicles, owners, and fleets in a market.
Future owners can prepare now, but they should confirm vehicle eligibility, network access, local requirements, insurance, and commercial terms before making a purchase or investment decision.
Which Tesla models could TREVLER support?
TREVLER is being tested with Model 3 and Y. Future support is intended for vehicles Tesla approves for private Robotaxi participation. FSD (Supervised) availability does not itself establish eligibility.
Do I need to become a robotaxi operations expert?
No. TREVLER is designed to handle routine operations within Owner-set controls and bring you in when a decision needs you.

Who answers late-night calls for my fleet?
Owners may choose a third-party answering service for after-hours calls. Any provider and service would be optional, separately arranged, and subject to availability and its own pricing.
Can the TREVLER App place my vehicle on Tesla’s Robotaxi network?
No. Tesla controls vehicle eligibility and network access. TREVLER helps coordinate operating support after an eligible vehicle is authorized.
Can robotaxi owners join now?
Owners can register early interest through the TREVLER App. Interest is not a commitment and does not guarantee eligibility, network access, revenue, or a launch date.
What happens after I submit an early-interest form?
TREVLER records your interest and may contact you about a next step. No further action is required until then. Registration does not guarantee eligibility, access, or timing.
Is submitting early interest a commitment?
No. Early-interest registration does not obligate you to participate, accept work, provide parking, purchase a vehicle, or place a vehicle on TREVLER.
For parking partners
What are TREVLER parking partners?
Parking partners make suitable non-residential spaces available during agreed hours. The TREVLER App supports availability, usage records, and payment under the partner agreement.
Does TREVLER guarantee that a Trevler, parking space, or service will be available?
No. Availability depends on local participants, timing, location, eligibility, and agreed terms. TREVLER does not guarantee fulfillment or continuous coverage.
Who can become a parking partner?
Potential partners include churches, malls, shopping centers, office properties, private institutions, commercial property owners, and parking operators with suitable non-residential spaces.
Residential driveways and homes are not eligible.
Will parking interfere with our normal activities?
Partners choose which spaces and hours to offer and can set terms around normal business, services, or events.
Will we have to manage robotaxis overnight?
No. Parking partners are not expected to dispatch vehicles or operate a fleet. Access and responsibilities are defined in the applicable agreement.
Will robotaxis create a mess or disturbance?
The model is intended for a light overnight footprint, but conduct and security are not guaranteed. Property rules and responsibilities are set in the partner agreement.
Does a parking location need chargers?
No. Some partners may provide parking only.
Other locations may also offer charging, cleaning, or additional services if the property is suitable and the partner chooses to provide them.
How will parking partners get paid?
Eligible usage and payment terms are recorded under the partner agreement. Rates, timing, and income are not guaranteed.
Is expressing interest a commitment?
No. Expressing interest allows TREVLER to evaluate the property and keep the organization informed.
The property does not become a parking partner until authorized representatives approve and sign an agreement.
For service partners
What are service partners?
Independent service partners may provide charging, washing, detailing, towing, maintenance, repair, or other vehicle services. Each business remains responsible for its work, staff, insurance, pricing, and legal obligations.
How do service partners receive opportunities?
The TREVLER App can present eligible service requests based on location, service type, availability, and Owner needs. Requirements vary by service.
Does becoming a service partner guarantee customers?
No. Opportunities depend on local activity, Owner demand, location, availability, pricing, and partner qualifications.
Is expressing interest a commitment?
No. A business can register its interest without committing to provide services.
Participation begins only after applicable onboarding, qualifications, terms, and agreements are completed.
For investors and growth partners
Why could TREVLER be a compelling investment opportunity?
TREVLER is preparing technology and local support for the robotaxi market. Qualified prospects may request additional commercial information privately.
Is TREVLER ready to deploy?

Who is responsible for completed work?
Each participant is responsible for the work, property, or service they accept or control. Owners authorize requested work; Trevlers and service businesses perform accepted work; parking partners manage their listed property and access. TREVLER remains responsible for its platform and obligations that law does not permit it to disclaim.
Who is responsible if a privately owned robotaxi is involved in an accident?
Responsibility depends on the circumstances, applicable law, insurance, and platform terms. It may involve the Owner, network or vehicle provider, insurers, service providers, or others. TREVLER does not own the vehicle or control its autonomous driving system.
Does TREVLER insure vehicles, work, or parking locations?
No, unless a specific written TREVLER coverage notice says otherwise. Participants should maintain insurance required by law and their agreements. Do not assume TREVLER coverage applies to a vehicle, person, job, business, or property.
What if a Trevler damages a vehicle?
The app is designed to document vehicle condition and service activity. Responsibility depends on circumstances, agreements, and available coverage. Owners and Trevlers should consult their insurers.
What about parking and service partners?
Parking and service partners may have insurance and liability requirements based on their activities, agreements, property, and applicable law.
Partners should consult qualified insurance and legal professionals to determine the coverage appropriate for their business and participation in TREVLER.
Does TREVLER employ Trevlers or service providers?
No. TREVLER does not employ Trevlers or service providers. TREVLER connects owners with independent workers and businesses through the TREVLER App.
Specific responsibilities, qualifications, insurance requirements, and legal relationships are governed by applicable law and the relevant agreements.
