If you drive for Uber, deliver with DoorDash, or earn through another gig app, you already understand flexible work: find nearby opportunities, accept what fits, and decline what does not.
TREVLER is applying that familiar idea to a different kind of work: helping privately owned robotaxis stay clean, charged, checked, and ready to go.
There are no passengers to pick up, restaurant orders to wait for, or food to keep hot.
Robotaxis drive themselves. They do not take care of themselves.
A robotaxi may still need someone to remove trash, reset the cabin, coordinate charging, document its condition, retrieve a lost item, or report a problem.
TREVLER has built a platform through which owners can request that work and qualified independent workers can consider nearby assignments.
A person who accepts this kind of work through the TREVLER App is called a Trevler.
What could a Trevler do?
Potential assignments may include:
- Check the vehicle and follow a readiness checklist.
- Remove ordinary trash and reset the passenger area.
- Take requested condition photos.
- Coordinate or confirm charging where supported.
- Restock owner-provided supplies.
- Secure and report a lost item.
- Report damage, odors, or another problem.
- Move or position a vehicle only when legally permitted, specifically authorized, and properly qualified.
Specialized cleaning and repair work would be reserved for people with the right capabilities. You should never be asked to perform work for which you are not prepared or qualified.
See the job and total pay before accepting
Before accepting a job, you should be able to see the vehicle, location, requested service, estimated time, and total pay. Then you decide.
Accept the work that fits. Decline the work that does not. There should be no need to carry passengers or wonder what the full job will pay before committing.
Why current gig drivers may be a good fit
People already working through Uber, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, and similar services understand app-based assignments, navigation, timing, and documentation. Those habits transfer well:
- Arrive where the app directs you.
- Complete a clearly defined task.
- Follow the required steps.
- Provide proof of completion.
- Report an exception instead of guessing.
- Move on to the next opportunity.
You do not need to leave your current platform. TREVLER work is intended to be independent and flexible.
Is the work available today?
Not yet at meaningful scale. TREVLER has built the technology marketplace, but work depends on Tesla or another robotaxi platform allowing eligible privately owned vehicles to operate on its network and on owners requesting support in each city.
TREVLER is preparing first in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, followed by Tampa, Orlando, and Miami. Other cities will follow as they become ready.
Joining the early-interest list does not guarantee work, earnings, or a launch date. It lets TREVLER know where interested workers are located so local coverage can be prepared before owners need it.

Early participants can learn the expectations and identify their availability before opportunities begin. Keep doing the work that pays you today, but get ready for another option tomorrow.
